Job description:
Responsible for providing administrative support to the sales/export department. This position will be responsible for a wide range of duties:
Managing sales projects/ orders
Managing multiple ongoing tasks with accomplished verbal and written communication skills
Making follow-up phone calls to customers
Reviews paperwork and contracts to ensure processes are completed correctly
Processes sales data, sales progress reports and other sales-related records and reports
and other projects as assigned.
Reikalavimai: Strong customer service background preferred
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
Very good English language skills (spoken and written)
Very good communication skills
Accuracy, responsibility.
