Pobūdis: Job Objective:
Sales/account manager will be responsible: for the development and performance of all direct sales activities and projects in ship repair market.
Responsibilities:
communicating and negotiating with existing and new customers with the aim to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities and providing relevant reports and information
sales activities will include administration, preparation of solicitations/proposals, technical/commercial correspondence, meetings, business travel, negotiations, visit reports, and related duties within the ship repair unit.
Reikalavimai: Requirements:
technical knowledge of ship parts
university degree in engineering (preferable in ship/marine engineering field)
proficiency in Microsoft Office package
fluent in Lithuanian, Russian & English languages (technical vocabulary)
business understanding, strong communication and negotiation skills
excellent relationship building skills
self-motivation, analytical and planning skills.
